they weren't restricted when the game first came out. me and 2 of my friends got it on launch day for 499 rubles (about $18 at the time). they are restricted now though, so I guess you missed the party.

same i got the complete pack from a russian seller activated fine but sometimes they lock games later down the track bad luck bro hope u still find it cheap
