FAL from Black Ops 2... Super accurate with a high amount of damage and very little recoil. The only assault rifle I ever used that would net me more headshots than an actual sniper rifle.

I don't play a lot of shooters, but when I do, shotguns are always my first choice.
Except in Fallout - then I used various light submachine guns in New Vegas, and pistols in 4. I absolutely 100% killed a Mirelurk Queen using only pistols and it took me a good 45 minutes.

Generally, in more realistic games I prefer non-scoped rifles, and in more arcadey ones I prefer shotguns or other things with a big kick.

How come no one mentioned the portal guns?
