He had reps so I went first

to be honest that is a stupid rule, if someone is scammer people should know about it , and I saw ppl here with 0/-20 still active members ... and when some poor fella got scammed and call out he get ban :/

Use the appropriate avenues for support. If you have an issue with another user, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum.
