Barter bundles come to my mind. I recall a few more sites that kept an archive, but I'm not sure if they still keep doing that. Perhaps other people will point out more possibilities.

I know those two wiki sytle bundle sites closed years ago. (bad managment/owners)
I looked into isthereanydeal, but I don't think you can list just bundles, expired or otherwise.
I did see another site that seems to have listed all/most bundles, yet the layout was GOD AWFUL.
I ask this because I'm thinking of trying to acquire the missing bundles I've missed since my pc and health issues started.
Though honestly, I should just look to acquire single good titles, and not the avalance of shit that is steam games.
