Mass Shooting at Dark Knight Rises Midnight Screening

Ten people were shot dead at a midnight screening of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ in Aurora, Colorado. Four more people died later in hospital and over Fifty people are injured, and doctors believe the death toll will rise.

The gunman was dressed in costume like many of the people who were watching the movie so police are having a hard time finding him.
Five minutes into the film the gunman threw what witnesses say was a pipe bomb and the theater filled with smoke and then the gunman started to fire. After a few minutes he stopped, reloaded and continued firing.

Close this topic as some people are already making fun of it, what so funny about people dying ? if it was your family member you be crying bricks at least have some fucking respect people like that give SG community a bad name anyone here who posted offensive things towards deaths of people should be banned from here.

Like everyone's been saying, this thread needs to be closed. Some of the posts in here are simply disgusting. I hate the fact that there are people who would be joking about this right now.
People don't need to be informed of real-world news like this on SteamGifts. They'll find it on the news or any other site on the web. This thread is simply troll bait and least humane ones are biting.

Well, I heard it here first. Just quit out of a game and came here to check giveaways and saw this thread. So..idunno..

People make jokes about horrible things; that's life. It doesn't necessarily make them horrible, it's just how some people cope with grief/tragedy and it's perfectly healthy. So too is wanting to talk about it and share the common experience with others.

With the SG community so large, I wouldnt be surprised if someone here is affected by this tragedy. They need to know that there are people that are good and do care about this tragedy.

You should update the OP about the baby. The youngest person shot was 6 yrs old. The 3 mo. old was unharmed.

I don't think people should make jokes about this, but what would you expect on a site like this? Most gamers are immature. I understand you want to inform people, but game forums are one of the worst places to do it (besides 4chan).

Also enough people have been informed already, if you're disgusted by the jokes people make then just close the thread.
