It's time once again: "Lucky 5!" GAs (8th Edition)

Hi. Today, I'll fill a GA w/ 5 people based on their contribution to SG to enter a GA I created. (The purpose of these GAs is to help people who already did so much for SG and/or to help some unlucky users).

How I'll choose:

• I'll check the profile of the users in the order they posted
• If I think they deserve, they will be whitelisted and they can enter the GA
• The GAs is for "Tropico 4 Collector's Edition"
