Can I trade for stickers or buy/sell them on the Steam Market?
Stickers and sticker packs can only be earned through the quests available during the Steam Summer sale.
Luckily they didn't include only stickers. It would have sucked more.

I'm actually glad they're not commoditized or the start of a permanent feature. Steam has enough of gems, cards, badges, etc. It's just for fun and participation is voluntary. :-)

Sorry, i can't get with the "just gimme free stuff" attitude, especially when people want 47 copies for all their greedy alt acounts. The events focus on community. I mean, half the store is on sale, and people still scream for more and trash the event as low-effort despite it requiring more art and programming than a free game would. Isn't it enough that we occasionally get free stuff from the generous people on this site?

Go through the past sales, note down the size of the discounts on everything that was frontpage worthy (there are places, like redit where this information still is available for all the major sales), and look at the trend. Discounts have gone up with time on these games, and sales are better than ever.

Why is Wolfenstein:new order and Assassin's creed black flag still $10? That's a 3 year old and 4 year old game respectively. All of the games I've bought in the past now COST MORE then they did back then. For instance, I've never paid more then $5 for an Assassin's creed game, and buying even the first one individually is now $10.

Well, you're still looking at a limited set of games, not at the wider picture. Which was what I tried to do during the Christmas sale, when I responded to a person who made a similar claim about how the discounts suck and the sales have got worse with time. And the trend was very obvious, although I think it's probably stagnated by now. But then each sale resulted in larger and larger discounts, on average, for the games given front page treatment. But there are outliers.
Feel free to check for yourself, because all the information I got I gathered from publicly available sources. Posts on Reddit being the most common ones, which listed front page discounts for each day during every sale.
Interesting about AC1 being $10 for you. That's the current base price here, without a discount.
