Same, I'm getting a 404 when I follow the link, and if I try to go to the same page through my IGN account settings I'm getting a blank page with an "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)" notification.

I have tried something, as the text i see for a tenth of a second before getting the error tells me i can upgrade, with the button Upgrade at the exact same position as Save, i start loading the page, then click frenetically on the position of the save button, so i managed to click on the upgrade button... and it tells me i can subscribe, which i already did. I'm confused now.

Or maybe the transient page is not loaded fully.

Yes i did that too was fast and tap in the upgrade button and it goes to the page to join. When i press join it pop up a text say i can see my rewards. No way to cancel no way to remove my payment card from the site. They will make me pay for the next month in 29 days so i hope we will be able to cancel till then.

That's no excuse to remove the claimed rewards from our accounts, especially for those of us who did purchase an IGN Plus Membership. I might understand it on accounts that clearly abused their system (creating an account, subscribing to get the trial then immediately cancelling the subscription). But IGN chose to flip everyone equally, as they usually do.

You're absolutely right, I was also thinking about getting the annual sub just for the Steam keys as I don't use IGN for any other purpose. Seems like I dodged a bullet but they should have at least left the claimed keys ffs, what were they thinking?! :|

Maybe it's just a temporary bug or something and they'll fix, who knows. I'd like to hear their reply to your CS request.

Sooo... I claimed Onsen Master and now I can't find it anywhere... Anyone tried to contact support (if such thing exisis)? Is this a bug or an intentional feature? I'm really tired of IGN doing this sort of things so much lately (yeah, I'm speaking of Humble Bundle and their out-of-stock-never-restocked and "disappearing" keys from the download pages).

I saw that grynn wrote above that "some shady ppl abused the shit out of trial subs to get Steam keys probably, this is why we don't get good things" but I personally purchased an IGN Plus Annual Membership because I felt it was worth it if we were going to receive good enough games regularly. I was not a shady people and now I feel I've been scammed (again) by IGN. I guess IGN is screwing legit users for the actions of a few (again).

You should try contacting support, they do have a support feature on the site. I do agree it's shitty. I guess for now we can give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe they're trying to revamp the site

BTW if you're still disappointed by their response, you could try getting a refund. I accidentally forgot to turn off auto renewal so I got charged for an annual sub but I contacted them about it and they refunded me. This was 100% my fault and I was willing to take the loss if they wouldn't refund me, but they gave me a refund anyway

The same for me. I mean I waited to make decision to check if there will be more games (but so far after initial games it does not look like a worthy deal for me). I did not have time to cancel yesterday (was tired after returned home) and I cancelled today after wake up but was auto-charged for a year in the same day before I cancelled (1 day before i expected, as i started 20.10, and today is 19.11, but i guess it was 30 days not a month and it was my mistake). I wrote to support and they already replied and refunded me.
