I've tried to resubscribe (Annual subscription) and I could get another 30 trial days for $1.00 ($1.21 including taxes). Renewal should be $29.99 plus taxes (21% is the "normal" VAT in Spain, should be ~$36.30 in the end).

Not really a big deal, but in my US state, digital products (which an IGN Plus subscription is) aren't supposed to be taxable, they're exempt. I'm not charged tax anywhere else for digital products except IGN. So I think their payment processor is a bit screwed up.

The percentage they tax me is pretty low so it's not something I care much about, but just mentioning that it's probably not legal.

December game

Is anyone still subscribed to this??
I decided to give it a test drive for a month and it will end next week, but apart from the free games (Klang and 1 more) they gave last month, i don´t see anything new, they don´t add new games and it seems what i can get on the subscription, i can also get unsubscribed (news and reviews and stuff...)
Has anyone renewed their monthly membership or opted for the anual one?? And why??

Yes, this IGN subscription is a scam!!!
You get absolutely nothing, not even a hint of a single game to come.
At least in HB you know some games will be coming.
Worst $1 ever spent... Must remember to close my 1 month trial next week!!!

Free trial was totally worth it, glad I didn’t actually pay for this though.

hmm something weird just happen, i tried the 1$ sub, grab the games and cancelling my subscription and somehow they refunded my 1$. My brother tried it with the same step but didn't get a refund, weird.

I canceled my subscription with them because of the same. It just offers nothing in comparison to HB or Fanatical.

I was about to contact their support and noticed they added GRIME - pretty solid addition

so what else does this IGN subscription give you - all it seems is that you pay 4.99 a month for 1 game (which you don't even get to choose) is there meant to be other benefits or am i missing the point of this?

1$ for grime is pretty good deal, hopefully it is not in the next humble choice.

I just redeemed GRIME(a wishlisted game, no brainer for 1 dollar) and canceled it, so I presume I should be ok...

Now only Grime, Klang 2, CatchMe! Beta, Onsen Master exists for new users. I think they will clean more and release 1 game for a month.
