It's simple
Get first tier, oh ait its not worth because 1 dlc is missing, its at the second tier (I am sure it will)
So get second tier and you have borderlands 1 complete. But you also get borderlands 2 there with some dlcs. But wait, no all dlcs for borderlands 2 are there, so lets go for the last tier.
But still something is wrong. presequel is missing. But we have -75% coupon yay!!!
So for 15 dolars (its about 13,50 euros) + 12,50 euros you get complete borderlands pack for 26 euros.
They have been better prices for those games at the other sites. Don't overpay!!!

I'm pretty sure there never was a better price for Borderlands 1 than $1. Same for Borderlands 2 base game.
If you are only talking about Borderlands 2 GOTY, then yes, it would be better to get it on sale rather than in this bundle.

After some consideration and wait time to see the BTA drop I bought the $1 tier and locked it at $4.33. Am pretty unsure if to get the BTA as everybody is saying it's not worth it because it's missing a lot of DLCs. My backlog is huge and shooters aren't my favourite genre, so I guess giving Borderlands a try for a dollar is worth the shot. I think I can live with one missing DLC ;)

Tier 2 and Tier 3 are not worth it as it stands. Tier 1 is an easy yes.
Borderlands 2 GOTY is very easily obtainable cheaper than the tier 3 price.

Hammerlock's Big Hunt: ~ 6-7 / 10 ( Fine, little grindy, but overall an average-goodish experience) Played it first, was quite good for a first try.
Captain Scarlett: Kind of similar, to be honest the most boring / cliché one, Works well, some intresting elements.
Mister Torgue: 8-9/10 I WANNA ROCK! Explosions, easy to foresee traitors, cheezy story but it was designed that way - everything's about rock and metal, Torgue narrates - it was great.
Tiny Tina: 100/100, critical hit - straight to your heart wink wink. Bunkers and Badasses, fantasy setting, spell-granades, dragons, mages, Roland as white Knight, final conclusion to the main story + character development. Fan-tas-tic (though some bullet-sponge enemies :D )
All of them really recommended with friends, every game was fun - either cursing the enemies together, or laughing as we slaughtered orcs after orcs after golems :D

Tiny Tina was some of the best DLC I've played in a long time, especially co-op with my brother, so we can laugh at the dorky jokes together. Mister Torque was also really funny.

I don't play a lot of shooters, and yet I have played the 1st for around 50 hours and the 2nd one for around 160 hours.
The DLCs for Borderlands 2 are very worth it, so I would say it's better to wait and get the GOTY edition later on sale if you enjoy the 1st.

They used to have it, but I think they had problems with it. I know the first time I used BTC to buy on Humble was the first and only time I ever had to contact Humble support.
There's plenty of ways to get around it to pay with it. Look on the trades section and find someone who'll buy it for you using Paypal for your Bitcoin. Or use your Bitcoin to buy TF2 keys and use the keys to do the same thing. There's also many websites who will buy your bitcoin for Paypal.

Well... tier 1 is good, because Borderlands + almost all DLC.
Tier 2 okay-ish - Psycho and Mechromancer are cool, but seriously, SERIOUSLY missing story DLCs. They are great, and they are missing, not cool.
Tier 3? pfffffffft. 15$? Okay, it's quite a long time until next sale, but damn, even BL2 GOTY was half of this price, and if you can get BL1 (almostGOTY) for 1$ - why would you spend 15? Also, Pre-Sequel coupon looks fine, but based on BL2's pricing, I wouldn't really buy it before GOTY version (more content, better price than base + DLCs)

I've looked up some examples, the censorship is ridiculous. It's okay to play co-op shooter killing hundreds of man-eating, exploding and bonecrashing zombies, but OH MY GOOD THEY ARE BLEEDING CENSOR IS CENSOR IT. The biggest problem they had with Left 4 Dead is the _red_blood. So it is (was?) green. Fantastic. I really feel sorry towards you all, because this is just ridiculous.
