Has this happened to anyone else? -- dunno
Was it just this one game with a hiccup? -- looks like probably so, but again idk really
Does this happen often with Indiegala? -- no, certainly not common with them
if i had to guess though, i'd imagine a screwup of that games keys and likely everyone who got that bundle got those keys replaced.

I recently picked up the Indie Zone bundle and, as usual, made giveaways for those games I already own. For one of the keys, "Neo Now!", when the giveaway concluded, I was told by the winner they had gotten a "duplicate key". So I went back to my Indiegala profile to find the code hidden again (just for that one game). Opened it up, and it was a different code.
Now, I have replaced the code for that giveaway (but the winner hasn't responded yet) but my questions are:
Has this happened to anyone else?
Was it just this one game with a hiccup?
Does this happen often with Indiegala?
