If one of abusers win, you can request re-roll. Blacklisting is not enough to punish them.
Request new winner -> Reason: Leaked Giveaway. With the proofs(Invalid entry page, screenshot) -
You can report SGTools abusers to knsys. He would ban abusers from SGTools' Giveaways section.
