In time for Halloween, developer Puppygames has just pushed out a big free update to their game Welcome to Basingstoke

"We've gone and done a great big update to Basingstoke! We've fixed all the bugs that we could, and got it working nicely with controllers, added a couple more daft items, and for absolutely no sensible reason at all we have completely remade the last half of the game!

Unfortunately for Linux users it's no longer quite as free as it was, coz we're hurtin' for money, but the good news is, it's only ten bucks! If you can't get a few weeks' fun out of ten bucks, you're tired of life! Or wasting it on coffee, as you will."
