if a game is 95% discount it means its bundled ? ..... the game does not apear on the steam gifts games bundleed list. Will I recive full contributor price if ill giveaway that game or just 15 % ?

I not too sure if that 95% price is set in stone as to whether a game will make the bundled list.
Maybe it has to be abused for giveaways before they deem it "bundled"

it does not, 90% is considered normal sale. 95% used to be considered bundle thou.

If it's the first time to be discounted that high, it isn't yet on the list. And it probably will take a week or ~five until it is.
If it get's on the list though, every giveaway from the day it was discounted that high will retroactively only grant bundled-CV.

as for bundle list - keep in mind that games are usually added there retroactively, becqause there is only one person managing whole list, so if game just went -95% for the 1st time and was not in any bundle previously, it may have not been added yet. In case of retroactively adding game, all GAs made after the 95% promotion will simply lose 85% of their CV value.
