How much does it cost to purchase the Shadow of Mordor to the cheapest price?

It's 50 bucks in Steam store and obviously 25 in Ukrainian one. But is it region locked? The website is offline and I can't check region locks. So back to the question, how low can I go to purchase this gem? Thanks.

Well it seems like the devs decided to region-lock the game even for copies that was previously purchased. The copies from RU traders can still be activated thru a VPN and then played without one but it's still a risk to take.

It's 336.000 IDR in Indonesia ($30). I don't see any "region lock". I saw someone in steamtrades willing to buy it for you in exchange with TF keys.

I bought it + season pass from nuuvem, made me save quit some money. It was worth it as i'm really wanting to play this game, slow ass connection not helping me download dem 34GB fast enough tho. :c

GOTY is outdated game with all dlc's included
GOTY is 29.99$ max while premium could be 50$ ++
it came up because devs earn a lot of money that they dont even care about neither they sellin the games too cheap or not..

GOTY is 29.99$ max ??? WTF are you talking about.. so Borderlands 2 GOTY is not a GOTY.. There's no price limit on a GOTY edition.

I said the Premium is the GOTY because making a GOTY is pointless when the Premium already includes all future updates and DLCs.. so the Premium will go down in price over time and will stand as being the GOTY for this game.
