It was used to store mods when you could buy them. If you bought mods they will still show up.

Oooohhhh I never saw it before. I had my hopes up for nothing ... So, could you trade or market mods when the system was active ? Maybe they bring inventory system back but with free mods, I sure hope so.

I heard the paid mod incident but I never knew they used Steam inventories for that. Anyway thanks for answers I guess I'll close the thread now.

It appeared during the paid mods thing. Which has been cancelled. I never saw it used for anything and now I suspect it might not ever be used for anything.
