Am I addicted?

Sorry for grammar or some issues with text. English is not my native language and I'm still learning :)

I had to quit doing my queue for this reasn

checked this queue 2 or 3 times and most of time the suggestions were useless for me !

If you limit yourself to just going through the queue and wishlisting you're good. I'd start worrying when instead of the wishlist things get added in the library :P

What is the Steam queue? o.o

I know the solution: idle a lot of games from random cheap bundles (for cards). Then your queue will be full of various junk and you will not want to check it again. The downside is that it will still suggest games with positive reviews.

well..it's better than going through specials with credit card in left hand and right on key board...

I checked the queue out when it first went live. Haven't checked it since.
My addiction is steamgifts-related i can't afford more.

You're not addicted. You're just curious of the many games on steam. A lot of the games on my wishlist were added after I viewed the queue. And most of them are awesome games I doubt I would ever hear about if I hadn't gone through the queue every couple of days.
