On the giveaway page and Twitter they said "while supplies last". But anyway even if they said stock, I don't think it was meant all their stock of Serial Cleaner keys. They probably came to an agreement with the developers on a maximum number of keys they will give out and it has hit that limit.
While they didn't specify the limit and maybe they should have, and IMO the way they just remove the page rather than changing the page to say it ran out is confusing, I don't see anything wrong with them only being a limit number of keys they will give away for free.
I mean with some of those weird bundles they've had similar things where only early buyers got keys for some of the games. And didn't they also have a limit that ran out for those free games you could redeem by visiting every day during the sale?
