Will Borderlands 2 GOTY go on 75% sale?

Unlikely. I think there is some leaked email that stated that the discounts during the holiday sale would most likely be the same as the ones during this sale.

Doubtful, a lot of the base AAA games went on sale for 75%, but they are still making money on the DLC.

Not for 75%, but 66% as it was for 15$ in a couple of websites.

Not this year. Also, GOTY doesn't have all DLCs (and new DLCs are still coming).
