Fast givaways on game that are free for a limited time.

People are spamming giveaways with the current free game "Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee" and i can clearly see people making multiple accounts in Humble Bundle just to get more keys and make 1 min giveaways. Do people like that get punished in some way? I mean the game is free on Steam, GoG and Hunble Bundle.

Unless of course most people never see it because A) they already have the game since it was free and B) they have it set to hide games that they already own.

It's not allowed to make giveaways for free keys while the keys are still being given out for free. So most likely they'll get a temporary suspension as they are mass reported by the users.
If they're hoarding keys now and waiting a couple of days before giving them out again, they won't be punished though. In either case, they won't get CV.
