Problem with a gift

Sorry for my english. Today i win my first gift from the user '''', is a Nuclear Dawn and accidentally i click to the received gift and this isnt truth, and i cant add this user because when i do steam says i cant add him in this momment,please try again . Please help from administrators i NO received the gift

It ended 29 minutes ago. You have to wait up until a week before you can say that there is a problem. The guy might be sleeping now.
