Could I redeem it in Mexico?,
I live in Argentina and had no issue with both the game and the seasson pass. The bundle that Nuuvem has with both (ultimate i think) is region locked and you can;t proceed with checkout.
For future reference in my experience with Nuuvem it either says it is only reedemable on Brazil at the left side or it says nothing and won;t let you go through the checkout process/paypal.

I'd like to buy it too, but I live in Europe. A friend of mine bought Borderlands The Pre-Sequel Season Pass for me, which was buy-locked, but not region locked. It would be nice to know, if it's ROW.

Well, region locked or not, you should be able to redeem.
There's no lock only for Brazil, it's South America lock. And steam has included Mexico in the list

That proves nothing. I bought Borderlands The Pre-Sequel Season Pass from Nuuvem. It says that the item is not available in my country, but I asked a trader to buy it for me. Key activated without any problems. Also, developers can add really exact region lock to keys. I have some games, which in theory are locked to Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia only. I didn't even know that this is possible, but apparently it is.

Yep, but Nuuvem usually sells key South America locked or ROW, not specific country. But with the new Brazil-Only politics on Nuuvem there may be some additional/special locks.
So, i guess its a 75% of chance that the key will be redeemable in his country, even if dont, he still can trade it for a ROW key

It's buy lock paypal & vpn wise, it checks your account, i tried. :)

It's not hard to find a brazilian trader, but if you want a good one, check who gave me +rep recently (Is this still considered calling out, even if it's positive? SG rules can be a bit hard to understand sometimes)

I purchased myself some days ago at nuuvem. In Steam it says:
28 Nov, 2015 - Dying Light Season Pass ROW - Retail
As I am from Germany I got one to buy it for me using my nuuvem account.

Hi, I want to purchase this, but I'm unsure if it is region locked or not, could you guys help me out? I tried checking steamDB, as some sites suggest, but I don't know what I'm looking for... maybe someone has purchased it in the past? if it is redeemable outside brazil it should be redeemable in Mexico
