Has anyone experienced the same?

Some guy won one of my giveaways, and I asked him to please put 'Game received' here on Steamgifts, but he ignores me both on Stean and on mail.

Is there anything I can do?

i have same situation, but slightly different

winner got the key , he marked as received

then later he changed the status 'not received'
