Calling out is against the rules. Also, avoid trusting people with 0 +rep. I can't really know if he/she wanted to scam you, but traders with 0 +rep that want to sell paypal or steam cards, are usually scammers. :P And I haven't heard of this person before.

You need to add a day to whatever it shows, since it doesn't round up. It's a 5 day suspension- calling out would be Inappropriate Behavior, which is a 2 day suspension. While it's possible that staff combined both a 2 day infraction and 3 day infraction [eg, Inappropriate Behavior + Spam], there's a rather readily apparent reason for what could have caused them to have received a 5 day suspension.

errr - okay - not sure why you gave me all the info there - all I was doing was saying that you might have to wait 4 days for a reply, and then explaining why, when you asked about my comment that confused you, and that it is because he is suspended + then noting that calling out is a no no red flag - but okay :) (not sure I even said that was why he got suspended - I'm not support so wouldn't know - but it could have played a part, like you summise, I guess)

It's like people never learn. See these types of threads since forever and people don't even think it might be their own fault (at least in some part) that landed them in the situation in the first place.

It's not that they don't learn. Most (not all) people get their lesson after they get scammed for the first or second time. The problem is that, especially when they're new traders, they don't know how to trade and all the possible ways of scamming. It's like going to have sex with a stranger without even knowing how to do that and you end up trusting her/him to show you how. xD People just don't know the dangers until they have already experienced them. That's why people should learn about something at first before doing it.

Last night he added me to trade all of my cards for Steam wallet or PP, so I hold'em up because I needed to sleep and will continue next day. Altoght he is not in steamtrades nor I found he has any reps, just telling me he have more reps then me by steam profile comments.
Here's a little chat and I found he might want to scam me, not sure tho!
