Hello,

I have a very odd game called Grass Simulator to actually win a key for this game all you have to do is vote YES on Greenlight, and join our Steam Group.

We Currently Stand Number 2 on Steam Greenlight, so the changes of Greenlight are pretty high.

Links for give-away and basic steps.

(If you have any groups or pages feel free to share this on there also - we don't mind people sharing this on other sites / groups)

STEP 1: Vote for your Grass Simulator on Steam
Click here to view Greenlight Page

STEP 2: Join our Group on Steam (Grass Sim)
Click here to Join the Group

That’s all that is needed, you don’t even need to leave a comment. Just make sure you check the group now and again for Information.

Once Released on Steam we will be giving out a link where you will insert your Email Address and Codes will be distributed to the Email provided when link is available.

If you have any questions feel free to leave them below or email me directly, dand@rezinesoftware.com

Two Steps are required to get a code for this game once released.

The game will feature, Singleplayer, Multiplayer and Co-Op

Some people will not like this game and I understand however the vast majority of people can’t wait for this game to be greenlighted.

This Giveaway will expire once the game has been greenlighted, as the group will be locked.

Thanks and take advantage of this giveaway.

Straight from the main developer.

Thanks everyone.

Regards,

Dan

I guarantee no one here actually thinks this is a good looking game. They're either voting yes because they get a free key out of it or because "herp derp it's funny".

These "games" are nothing more than people seeing what sort of crap they can get away with getting Greenlit. They wreck Greenlight and fill the store with rubbish.

I'm more disappointed people think it's funny and vote for this stuff, when in reality this is just a cheap attempt at making some money. This is exploitation of the whole purpose of Greenlight and an insult to actual developers.

"STEP 1: Vote for your Grass Simulator on Steam" So that's how these stupid sim games get through greenlight...Huh. I hope you basterds drop dead.

You shouldn't even be allowed to post and promote this crap here on Steamgifts. At least, if you want to promote your crap, make a nice giveaway (with another properly made game) and ask kindly for our support, like other developers did...

Yet its still here, so maybe you are over reacting, just perhaps?

"make a nice giveaway (with another properly made game)"

This should not be here though, kinda like begging...

"and ask kindly for our support, like other developers did..."

They seem pretty nice.

Nope. I'm not over reacting. I just don't like the evolution of the games. I've been gaming for almost 30 years, and in the past few years games are getting worse and worse. Even so, I made donations to some indie developers, and I gave them my full support, but sometimes I just can't support a game that is plain stupid, horrid and lacks any requirement for brains. But hey, it has Trading Cards ... let's vote for it ... welcome to Steam Greenlight ... geez

And HillaryClinton, i don't see any begging in my comment. Try to understand the full sentence i wrote. It was a simple example. And second, they need to be nice, how else can they promote their product...

You don't have to like or vote for it, you been gaming for 30 years yet this is the worst you have seen? Sorry I don't buy it, in the 80/90's many games were terrible and consoles didn't have quality control for games for a LONG time, personally I been gaming for 20 years but have played even older games. This isn't gonna hurt the gaming industry if games like ET, Superman 64, Hudson Hawk, Mario Is Missing, and well almost every movie licensed game etc... didn't.

Also, sure bad games come out, so do good ones, in recent years we have had both good and bad AAA and indie games, that's not gonna stop. The devs have seemed fine to me(How were they not kind again?), nice enough, what do you want from them exactly? A back massage?

Oh and saying "At least, if you want to promote your crap, make a nice giveaway (with another properly made game)" sounds like sneak begging to me honestly, no one needs to give you anything...grown children these days....ugh. You don't get to decide what gets to be allowed to post and promoted here. You can say how shit it is, but don't act like someone owes you something...

Enough of this convo, have a nice day buddy :-).

If something is free, I willing to loosen my standards to a certain point. This is one game that clearly goes beyond my limits. Thanks, but no thanks.

Thanks everyone, even if it has been negative. I understand if you don't like the game. This is not meant to be a huge corporate launch, just a fun little game that some of the community might enjoy. Weather it be Online or Singleplayer.

However, thanks for all the votes :)

A lot of buzz around this game here. Well, I don't about these Greenlight abuses, it's the first game I'm going to vote, I don't know how the card system works too, so I'm going to answer what Steam asks in the Greenlight page.

This trend of pointless dumb "joke" Simulators is getting away out of hand and it is absolutely disgusting how anyone can abuse the greenlight system by taking advantage of desperate people who will vote for anything just to get themselves a free steam key.

...worse is the sheer idea that someone somewhere might be willing to purchase effortless shovelware like this, therefore supporting the developers and maybe even defend them!

The consequences of such will be terrible in the long run; Such will only give others the idea that it's ok to do something like this, that you don't have to make a proper game anymore!

I sincerely hope that this "game" (if we can even call it that), does NOT get greenlighted, but who am I kidding anyway, people nowadays seem to have a thing for trash and mediocrity, otherwise this decaying gaming industry wouldn't be in the stinking hole it has been in for quite a while.

Also, gotta love how they delete any kind of negative comments... Do we really want developers like this to be the future of gaming?

Semantics but having to do something to get something is known as work, not free. You go to work, you get paid. You promote their game for them, you get a key. That isn't free.

I make a fresh pot of tea every morning, I get tea out of it, and even though I make it I don't consider it work.

Perspective I guess....?

I'm as teeny bop as the rest when it comes to free steam keys, but sorry i can't in my right mind vote for this. On the other hand if the devs gave me free beer before i voted, they could probably convince me that its the best game ever. Unless they got me to watch the videos, in that case i can be a very very mean drunk.
