Some guy won giveaway and he still not marked it as "received"

What will happen if week after my giveaway ended he still won't do this but I sended him, steam code he won?

Make sure he activates it. If he doesn't then you'll have to report him. If he does and doesn't mark it, show proof that you emailed it to support and they will mark it correctly.
