You should contact the creator of the giveaway via Steam and if he doesn't send the gift within a week, mark it as not recieved

MaTiX, I told you already. I'm 100% sure that he messed up the gifts. Our giveaways ended at the same time. I'll tell him when he gets back online. Don't worry.

Someone else probably knows ur email and activated it before u did?.... Very unlikely but it could happen.

contact the winner tell him to return it to his steam inv. then to send it directly to your steam account or via steam trade . it happened to me before more than once that i cant receive the giftable links .
