I am kinda getting flashbacks to the era when support was reduced to one active person here with reroll wait times. Considering that the site stats show that support requests are still flooding continuously each month, maybe the team is still not as strong as the tide dictates…?

Is it?

Aye.
Nah, it is still good.

After cg allowed free game giveaway, there's a mass one of Rage Parking Simulator from Indiegala. I own it but still can enter since the store page is removed which disables the "already own it" detection. I'm pretty sure there're plenty of reroll tickets from this game's giveaway.

Be positive: this is a great way for support to start making a list of potential bot user accounts, so when cg in the next millenium decides that the site's Alexa ranking is not worth this much and starts to actually crack down on them, they will have less searching to do.

Most definitely yes.
People here seem to say that "well, it's slowed down so we should have one more" but I'd say that we should pretty much double the mods. Why? Because then the amount of tickets might be lowered instead of having it increase or just stay the same.
Being a mod here shouldn't be a full time job. If you want to keep up with everything then it seems you'd need to do this full time. From what I know, the mods here don't get paid from Patreon/adsense.

So, having more mods would reduce tickets, lighten the load for the others and make people more happy overall. This wouldn't be a crazy undertaking either since they'd need 14 more people. Don't even push the number of 14. Just increase the amount of mods as much as there are volunteers who are known users on this site. (It's not a perfect solution, I am aware)

It's a thankless job, and I have nothing but gratitude for the moderators. But seeing as I'm on day 6 of a re-roll request, it's clear they're overwhelmed, and could use some more support.

Latest re-roll tickets all took three weeks. Got a "Not received" in the meantime.
Three open tickets for "Request received feedback", oldest one is open for three months now.

Yes, we definitely need a lot of new staff members. I'd say about 20 new staff members sound good to me.

My latest ticket was resolved in 19 minutes, I've got no complaints. This was 7 months ago though :)

No way, I did not think that 20 tickets would be buried while I was organizing my black list.XD

...A good way to come up with it!
Instead of raising a report to support ...
Should I curse that a corrupt would regret it? p(#`Θ´#)q😆
just kidding. Maybe.(人Θ'o)

I hope that as soon as possible, good support, more people will be added.

With this feature reroll tickets would be reduced to almost zero.
