Why is Shadow Warrior so hard to trade on?

Have a copy of the game in Special Edition, tried to find a trader on SteamTrades within the last day and couldn't find anyone.

Was the game in a sale of some sord of promotion? or people just don't want it..?

it was also bundled ONCE IIRC. Apparently just one bundling can kill a game's value even if it's never bundled again (coughmercenarykingscough)
