italian language added Disney Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End

From 2007 Until yesterday 2019 game was not playable with italian language because steam don't download the right files and exe for run it with ita language also problem about the "Disney Other-Worldly Adventure Pack" (is possible to fix it by add retail disk files but btw some people don't have it and is rare and\or not a good deal to find it online too).
Today steam fix it so is now possible to play it with italian language without any user\gamer extra actions.
