It's all about timing and luck. I've gotten 12 games so far this weekend from it. But luck prevents me from getting too many, randomly logging me out right at the time of giveaway sometime, or infinite loading like with the Beholder 2 giveaway that just happened...
Anyway, just keep trying, experiment with refresh times to find what might work for you. Friend of mine was upset she couldn't get anything, then a few hours ago she got 3 in a row.

It's just they give out very few keys and have little to no bot/script protection. And it's heavily dependent on your connection/ping/location. You're better off treating it as an SG giveaway - you only have a very small chance against a ton of entrants, but it's there.

The button works just fine. If you don't get a response from clicking it it just means it's already "empty"/out of responses to give and you were too late. It only responds to as many people as there are keys, that's why when you refresh the button is always gone. It's just now unavailable.

You've got to realise that that goes for tons of people as well. Some haven't gotten any, some have gotten just 1 or 2, some a bunch, some a ton... A lot of it is just luck if not your connection and how far away you are from their site's servers.

I have been trying all weekend when the timer gets to 0 no matter how much I refresh no claim button comes up, it stays like that for about 4 mins then the timer is at 55 mins again. So annoying.

You don't wait for the timer to naturally hit zero.
You've got to manually refresh the page with roughly 3secs on the timer, even then there is no guarantee that you'd get anything however waiting for the timer you'll never get anything as it'll roll over every single time.

I did wait. Yesterday I got few buttons to click but they didn't hit or got e message that the offer expired a split second after the button appeared. Last one that ended, I got the button to hit. I hit the button and it logged me out.
What am I doing, raging over getting a free game from a site? That's right. a bad day at work yesterday. Letting steam, no pun intended, off.
Well, I'll see what happens. If it was meant to be then it was meant to be. If not then all I wasted was time.

A few minutes before it hits X o'clock, try logging out then log back in. :) Alternatively, navigate to your inventory at which point the site will tell you whether they had automatically logged you out due to inactivity. Just be sure to leave enough time to reload and hit the button!

I started refreshing when the kinguin timer is at 4 seconds and then again once or twice if the button is not there. Hope it helps, good luck.
