Yeah, that might be the best strategy for popular titles like Metal Gear. I did manage to get Trackmania Canyon the first time I saw it on the list and I got Hatred almost by accident tho, so at least I have some hopes for Vanquish (I assume it's nowhere nearly as sought after as stuff like GTA5, Prey, or Doom).

So can a person only claim one game per weekend, per day or what? Because I got Worms World Party Remastered yesterday at some point and after that I couldn't try and claim anything else.

Weird, after I claimed the Worms game I wasn't able to grab anything after that, the games would show that they have available stock but then I would get the error stating that I've already claimed the game, (obviously wasn't trying to get another worms game) and this continues throughout the rest of the day, after refreshing, hard refreshing, opening the page in another browser and all that, so it seems there is a lock OR the site was just broken after that XD.

You need to understand that users DDoSed site with F5. Month or so ago they gave only 1 game each hour - at the start of promotion game appeared automatically - no need to hit F5 for that. But after some time (I assume number of active users raised very hard) automatic refresh stopped behave as intended and after minute of waiting I saw that timer reset to full hour.
So this weekend lot more users were active (because of GTA 5, Doom, Civ 5, Prey etc) so after you hit F5 you saw "green" claim button at that time thousands of users claim games like mad. So on your side you saw "green" button, but on server - 0 keys left.
Couple of times site bugged with infinite "Loading..." text - I assume something was wrong with server. After they fix this issue - I think games were available longer.
Also I assume that user's DDoS caused reset of balance (it became 0).

It doesn't look, like this was the case for me this weekend (and for quite a few other folks, as reported here). For every game, that I have tried to claim this weekend, I was getting either the old message that all keys are gone, or a new message "You have already claimed this game. Try choosing a different one."
I've even tried with the least popular stuff, I'm not interested in, like Keebles, and the "you have already claimed" message was showing for them for quite a while (even after refresh/relog with FB), only after a while turning into "all keys are gone" message, so it seems like yet another bug.
Seems like this week the bugs hit me really hard, I was not able to claim anything, but I will just wait with my crows till the next week ;)

Lets see how the system works before we can say the bugs are gone. I suspect the number of people rushing trying to win some of these games will make the issues worse. I couldn't get my hands on any of the games over the last weekend but it might work in my favour as I now have more coins stacked up ready to be used. :-)

The login part of their site is badly made. But maybe you should try another browser to use their website. For me, for example, Chrome seems to be more compatible with their site than Firefox - with Chrome I can log out and log in again if there's when there's a problem, with Firefox I can't re-log at all to their site.

Good. Now I have only 450 ninja crowns. In 9 hours it will be 500 ninja crowns, and in 33 hours I will have 550 ninja crowns (if I don’t forget to collect them in time). Until tomorrow I will try to get Prey. If it doesn't, then on the last day I will try to get Cuphead. If it doesn't work out, then it's okay. I will save 550 ninja crowns and try next week to get one some super game, like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
