I was looking for Nier too but gave up after seeing how fast the bids climbed over 1000. The same story with Cities Skylines, not winnable with less than 1000.
I have seen good AAA games like Batman Arkham Origins go for smaller amounts tho, so it's a bit weird right now.

There is no way to know if there are multiple bids with same ammount, (they don't let you know) I lost once before on Bayonetta because there were other two bids who bid the same before me, but glad I did because I wanted LiS: BtS more.

As I said to another person here either everyone will lose their Krowns bidding now or mayority will save them up for next week.
I am betting on the later and it will be the same thing again, just with bit higher ammounts because of additional accumulated Krowns.

I know you felt bad about missing Nier so I found a picture I took of the Nier bid you missed. If it makes you feel better, looking at the ammounts you probably wouldn't have won if you bid on it, so be happy you got We Happy Few, haha (see what I did there), I hope I can get it some day too :).

Well, I'm pleased as punch.. I bid one time today and when I checked back just now, I found out I won. Granted, it's probably not a popular game and thus an easy win, but it's the only one I wanted - Treasure Hunter Simulator (yes, I enjoy weird games).
Expect the worst and hope for the best, and you're rarely disappointed ... and even sometimes delightfully surprised. :D
