Brainfooder

Hiho guys,

as you can already tell from the title I build a small curator group. Nothing professional or with a big budget. But I love brain teasers and a good puzzle and with some of the other curator groups I found it sometimes hard to scroll through their immense list of EVERY puzzle game under the sun (in some instances it feels like I looking at a slightly different version of the store).

This is no recruitment or anything else in that vein (as I can already feel MSKOTORs cold eyes staring at me from the shadows), but I thought you maybe like to know this.

I try my best to get my opinion out on some high quality games or rate some, in my eyes, overhyped games while on the same page, keeping it very condensed.

Since there is ofcourse a power scaling in the world, here you get a LLT (lootboy leftover train) to compensate you for the time you read all this nonsense. I hope all keys work fine, but since its loot boy... you know. So if the keys do not work I would appreciate it if we can just delete the GA ;)

Without further ado:

Here the start of the train

To the juice

And here if you want to take a peak at the group or even follow (non of them are required for the train, so dont force yourself my dear bots)

And if you have any recommendations, feedback or even wishes/improvements I am all ear to hear about those :D

If I still did something wrong, please dont hurt me senpai Q.Q it was not on purpose

requested to join, I like games that require using the brain, not just pure action..

Tametsi is an extremely well done "pure" puzzle game.
Triple Town is by far the most interesting implementation of "Match 3" mechanics that I've ever come across.
Escape Goat 1 + 2 are excellent puzzle platformers.
Recursed is another very good puzzle platformer with some really challenging logic to wrap your head around.
Snakebird takes very straightforward mechanics and really cute presentation and manages to come up with compellingly meaty puzzles.

You have a very good taste!
I would recommend 5 step steve and the rest of the sequels, as it could very well fit your taste

Also thank you for the great recommendations, I will take a look and see if I can play them and add them afterwards (sadly Triple Town is currently not available in germany so I cannot write a review about it).

Hi, thanks for the opportunities! I love physical and digital puzzles since I was a kid. And one of my favourite game franchises is Myst, it marked my life in several situations! Hope to play Riven and remake some day, and also Firmament, another game from Cyan.

I read some of your reviews and they're pretty nice! Interesting that we had similar impressions about The House of Da Vinci, that clearly based itself from The Room series. Though I played all of them on mobile so I don't know how they are on PC.

Sent a request for the group and followed the curator's page. Cheers! =}

If you are a fan of Myst, you should definitely give Zof a poke (and of course always Outer Wild).

I appreciate the recommendations! Never heard about Zof before, I'll give it a try in the future, along with The Eyes of Ara.

Quern - Undying Thoughts is also great, and so is Obduction, a kind of Myst's spiritual successor, also from Cyan.

I know that it wasn't a hit and had some mixed reception but just realised that ZED, a walking simulator that Cyan was involved in, was recently removed from all digital storefronts. Oh well.

Outer Wilds is in my wishlist for a considerable time. I love Annapurna games, like Journey, Flower, What Remains of Edith Finch, Florence, to name some. Also hope to finally play Stray someday, it's also in my wishlist since pre-sale.
