if you check a user's profile, you can actually see the level restriction of the giveaways made. Just a possibly neat awareness fact and a reason to maybe be less annoyed with people.

I thought about it after the discussion but I really didn't mean for it to be a "puzzle". What can you do though.. maybe a mod could move it but I don't really want to ask.
I think puzzles sometimes deter people away and I honestly think it's not supposed to be a puzzle; just a reading comprehension exercise.

I had no idea I could. I just changed it so I can stop pissing off people not expecting a "puzzle". I really don't want people to think of it as a puzzle, but the number of people that solved it to players that tried does say otherwise. I think I really should have been super specific because it is kind of puzzling based on a few responses, so I guess I have failed. I left it a tiny bit vague so people could actually notice I was pointing out it is region locked using the word "available".
I also edited it in earlier the answers are in the second link, up there at the top.. but maybe people still won't really read it.
