What's your favorite movie trilogy?

Love Reloaded. Revolutions was all kinds of wrong though. So scattered and empty. As if the message had been left on the editing floor somewhere, which it probably was but I guess we'll never know.

If every part of the trilogy has to be good, then LotR. But SW original trilogy and Matrix definitely had a bigger impact on me.
And since you added "trilogies" like Bourne, Terminator.. I have to insist on Alien. :D

LotR is arguably the most consistent in quality, but then that's cheating since it was carved from one story. I'll give it to the original SW trilogy since it's the one with the "best weak spot" in the collection of trilogies.
