Here's a list of search filters you can add to the URL.

Start with: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?

Put your first filter at the end of that URL and put a & between each additional filter. You need an = before the value you specify.

This would only show giveaways that are level 2 to level 4: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?level_min=2&level_max=4
