I've just come across a little problem with Steam's wishlist. I have Elder Scrolls: GotY Edition on my wishlist. When I view the store page for Elder Scrolls: GotY Deluxe Edition, I don't get an "Add to your wishlist" button. And because it's not on my wishlist, SG's Wishlist filter did not include the currently-running GA for it.

This isn't a SteamGifts bug, from my point of view, so I'm just asking the community if it's common, or if there's a known work-around.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

I created a thread recently asking how to add a game to my wishlist that is no longer on Steam so that I could find giveaways for the game here on my wishlist filter, but I was not able to. Since the game you are trying to add is currently on Steam, maybe it will work for you.

Link to the thread.

Maybe try looking the game up on steamdb.info while you are signed in through Steam there and see if there is a wishlist button near the top of the page to add it.

You can also try and do what en7erpr1se said in the first comment. Copy that first line of code from the comment and replace the Steam ID with the ID of the game you want to add to your wishlist. Might need to go to the Steam store page for the game you want to add, but I'm not sure about that. Then open the developer tools or whatever is is called and go to the console tab. Enter that line of code and see if the game gets added to your wishlist.

Edit: If the Deluxe edition doesn't have it's own Steam ID and is sold on the same page as the other version, I'm not sure how that works. The main Steam ID in the URL will just add the base version of the game and I'm not sure if there is a different ID you can use to add the other packages or DLC. I think steamdb.info will show ID numbers for all the different packages and DLC, but I'm not positive how all those numbers work. It may not be possible at all to add those kind of packages to your wishlist.
