ahh thats really annoying. but i also wonder both systems had changed, not only virtually with new windows installed also both had other parts of hardware as well by now but only one seems to be kicked out but still having an approved account. =_=

i´ll just try tomorrow with teamviewer to login in into my friends pc and approve that pc again =)

Today, Steam activates their new super duper escrow stuff. Expect downtimes, failures, bugs in all parts of the steam software and website (doesn't matter if they have to do anything with trading). For e.g. steam just randomly put me into family view mode and didn't accept the right pin. Luckily it faded away quickly again. For now. Like I said, I expect there will be more issues today eventually. So apart from what Sighery suggested there's nothing you can really do except of just sitting it out :p

hi all.
i need some help with family sharing.
i have 3 friends that can use my about 700 games. so i recently had today a problem with one of my friends.
he cannot access but is approved, as he told me he can´t see games i told him to check. his account is approved but he also misses the "unlock" button i noticed. he just see the normal steam account without sharing why?
i thought it might be that he reinstalled windows but i did reinstall for another friend just 2 days ago too as i changed my friends hdd with mine. he still got the library from me. so is this a steam bug or account maybe? i really would have loved to share my buddy KF2 tonight as he proably has only this night a free day and works a lot :(
