I have never used sgtools to create giveaways so I'm not sure but this rule
Custom rule: last_multiple_win <= date('2020/07/28') doesn't look same with the one you mentioned in your post No multiple wins (recent 2 years). Rule in sgtools sounds like it will prevent entering if the user has multiple win even if 10 years ago or a week ago.
Not that it affects me. I'm just curious.

You are right. I forgot to add date_modify & -2 years part. I always mess up SGTools rules in every event.

Don't agree with it fully, it's somehow consistent with deviation of less than 60 entries idk if my math is right or wrong
We also have to consider the number of wishlist I had each year. Almost 300 games were on my wishlist on 1st and 2nd year, around 200 in 3rd year and just 100 in 4th year.
Fun Fact 89% of my won game for the 4th year are just from 6 months period.

i also think that big part of the decreased chance to win are due to bigger number of users every years....btw today i won Syndrome :) thanks SG and thanks to those that can do GA..i'm in a bad period of my life so i can't gift anythinhg being unemployed for long time..sot hanks to those who can gift. Well the title says it all.
Firstly I would like to thank you all for sharing awesome games with me. I am really grateful, that you guys introduced me to Borderland, BioShock & Fallout series. Right now I am enjoying Zachtronic games, which of course is because of one of the game that I won almost 4 years back which you shared. I am also thankful for awesome indie games like Plague Inc, SteamWorld Heist, This War of Mine and many many more.
