I win the russian gift (Defy Gravity extendet) and what? There's is region lock... What can i do? Anyone had this problem?

Russian locked. Doh!

It happens. Frustrating, but there's really nothing you can do about it. You can't mark it as received, because then YOU might get dinged for not activating.

Read the raffle note next time, Dark souls 1 Ru locked version was price bugged on summer sale, I'm sure the raffler would mention ru lock in such case.

Just mark it as received. Its a screwed up move if you mark it against the person who gave it for free. And if they say you didnt activated give the copy back then to original giver.

Give the gift back to the raffler, mark as Not received, write a support ticket and move on.

Or just buy yourself a not ru locked version and throw ru locked version elsewhere.
