question on removing negative trade feedback

Well, I think even if you send support a ticket you'll end up waiting (as most of people with similar problem do). A better solution would be to try and explain to the winner that negative rep is not meant for this or live with it. It's a negative rep from a zero negative accounts, no serious trader will give a damn about this

I created a support ticket for a similar problem 4 months ago and the status is still 'pending'. :/
