EDIT 2: I live in Brazil (SA). It is possible that you have a time zone delay. Both, The MS Store and the Steam version, have all 3 chapters. .

EDIT 3: For those who had already played the first free episode on Steam: Go to "Account Details" >> "View Product Code Licenses and Activations". Search for the game Tell Me Why and remove the license. Go to the game page again and redeem the full game this time.

Episode 1 was previously free, I believe all 3 episodes just went free on Steam. I just activated it and it shows up in my Steam Licenses as "Tell Me Why Limited Free Promotional Package - Jun 2021" Complimentary

Edit: I just checked and I now own both DLC's for episodes 2 and 3.

When you enter your library and check the game after the package hsa been added it shows new items where added

After going to https://store.steampowered.com/sub/586694/ and activating the package you'll see on https://store.steampowered.com/app/1180660/Tell_Me_Why/ the only DLC left is the soundtrack.

Yup. The funny thing is, it's not really worse than the LiS sequels, it just didn't bank on the "LiS" name this time. I guess the next one will be called LiS 3 ^^

Yeah. It's an LGBT something game but from the reviews, the agenda is not on your face.
Also, funny thing, I earned a blacklist for the comment above. I guess some people are not made for the internet.
