Well the site marks which ones are Steam keys and which are Taletells so that is good :D. I already have them and I don't plan on making gibs for them so it is a pass from me.

Hmmmm I always feel like I can eventually get a better deal with these "build your own bundle"s
So I'll pass even though I'd like some of those games~

The previous Telltale build-a-bundle that Humble ran was definitely better. Less games needed, higher discount, and everything was Steam.

Lame that it requires 7 games to get the top discount instead of the usual 5, plus some of the games are Telltale keys only.

I see they learned from Humble's "mistake."

Yeah, Humble's deal was WAY better, because they gave you both Telltale and Steam keys.

It was also 90% off and you only had to pick 5 games, if my memory serves.

That's because many of the games they carry are non-Steam. It has to do with the formats offered in their store and not this promo specifically. A lot of stores only offer proprietary keys for the newer Telltale games, for a reason that one can only assume is due to certain decision-making by Telltale themselves that led to that. Probably because they wanted to keep more of their own profits and reduce the amount paid out to resellers.

That if they add Steam keys for the GoT and BL games, they run out of them before they can say "what Russian resellers?"

Not the greatest discount ever, but unless TellTale releases yet another rebundle at HB, the Steam-enabled ones themselves are quite good for anyone to try. Even if they dislike the on-the-rails interactive movie format they switched to and want some old-school TellTale format point 'n' clicks. (The first two seasons of Sam & Max are hilarious, thanks to the contribution of the original creator.)
