About the groups, I don't have any specific recommendation other than SG Is My Second Home but I guess I'll leave that to Carl for the invitation. instead of groups writing long applications, and possibly rewriting them every so often to stay in the chance, why not just have groups sign up on a google docs thingie or something, and then you roll a (manysided) die. Would also make you NOT an asshole, since you won't get to lord over people about whether they're a nice group or not =)
