Another puzzle that I can't seem to flipping find...hate myself for staying up till 2 AM for that, when I need to wake up for work at 7 tomorrow...Good luck to all, I give up AGAIN.

These puzzles annoy me. I have one idea where to look, but when that doesn't work I'm stumped.

It's kinda hard finding the solution to the puzzle, when you don't even know what the puzzle is.
