It's pretty odd, but I can't tell. I've played many many games in my life but don't recall almost any female character I'm really fond of.
I truly like Bastila Shan from KotOR and Emma from TLR, though. Both are stong but sensitive women, loyal to their friends and ready to fight for them (well, Bastila turned out to be not so faithful at the end :).
I've also just met Zia from Bastion two days ago and she's now an another candidate to wife. She's such a pure and lost girl and I could listen to her sing for hours.
