How do i uninstall GTA IV Please Read

When ever I try uninstalling GTA iv its comes up with "Failed to release SecuRom License"
Someone Please Help!

download advanced system care and do force uninstaller

start in safe mode without network
shift delete the folder
restart computer and use some registry fix tool
