How do I sprint in Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition (PC)

I saw a video where a player was sprinting away from Taurus Demon Boss. Sooo how do I sprint? I play as knight :P (not sure if they are able to sprint since they are wearing hardest armor and are slowest)

K got it, I knew only how to roll :D, had no idea that holding the space would make me sprint. Thanks, lol

Hold B (with the Xbox 360 controller).

What he said, Just in case you most probably don't know how to jump either, After running (tap B) {On xbox 360 controller } fast so you can jump.
