I have won a game but my code is an "Invalid Product Code." I've been trying to reach them on both twitter and via email to no avail. Anyone else have any success in contacting them or know the proper route I should take in getting in touch with them? Thanks much!

Also make sure you copied it correctly.

Sorry I always get General and Off-Topic confused, seems they can both be thrown around easily.

EDIT: And yeah I'm copying and pasting so that's not the problem, but thanks!

General is only for things relating to Steam and Steam gifts.

You can try commenting on one of their blog posts.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also if you google them you can try messaging them through other means:

Yeah, I've tried everything except for the blog. Doing that now (signing up for a discuss account) Thanks for that idea!

EDIT: I assume not EVERYTHING,just the basic stuff. Twitter, email, facebook, etc... Stuff that people generally look at I've tried to get their attention.

Well, my last email was sent exactly 37 days ago and I did all the facebook and twitter stuff before that, I'm probably just going to do another full sweep and hope the last time it was just passed over by accident.

They're not exactly known for their good support, from what I understand. I've certainly never received any. I ended up just writing them off as typical-for-the-G2A-network in that regard.

Yeah this is kind of the way I've been leaning, I just wanted to see if anyone had any success in contacting them in a situation like this. So far it seems like I should just give up. I just hope they don't add some kind of "You didn't activate ____ game" feature.

add some kind of "You didn't activate ____ game"

It's been a good long while now since they added that in.
Long enough anyway that I'm not sure if you're saying that comment tongue-in-cheek or not.

(From OrlyGift's FAQ)
[To] Enter a Giveaway
[..]
You [must] have activated the last won game on orlygift in your Steam library.
[...]
You have to activate the Steam Key on your own Steam account.
[..]
If you gave away previous won games to a close friend or family member you can contact our support team info@orlygift.com

But yeah, it won't let you enter if you haven't activated your last win (it doesn't check wins before that one, however).
Good luck, I guess- personally, I stopped using OrlyGifts a long while back, given how much of a pain they intentionally make their site to use. :X

No worries I understand things getting backed up from time to time or even something getting misplaced. I just wanted to make sure that you guys would respond if I sent an email/twitter/whatever or what the proper means of communication was in this situation.

I have sent another email identical to the last titled, ""Invalid Product Key" Unable to activate game!" Hopefully it gets resolved this time around!
